About the Hosts
Helen Blum - Yoga & Meditation teacher
Helen made it to her personal mission to follow her joy and engage in activities that truly light her up. This has led her to her personal paradise on earth - Jardín Maripose (Butterly Garden) in the stunning north of Tenerife.
Thanks to the transformational meditation walk “Garden of Life” (which is part of every retreat) she received a lot of input and identified negative belief systems that shaped her decisions. Thanks to her stay in Jardín Mariposa she learned tools for internal mastery and knew exactly what next steps to take to create a life that truly fulfills her.
Now she shares her experiences with you, so that you know exactly what to do to create inner peace and a joyfull life.
Petra Klein - Clinical Psychologist MA, Dance Therapist, Founder of the Global Peace Community
She lives in the Canaries, on the volcanic island of Tenerife, Spain, where she accompanies people along the path that unfolds their personalities. She is the director of the "International Institute for Dance Therapy IIDT" on Tenerife. There she conducts inspirational seminars, educational training, coaching and individual therapeutic and healing work and inspires people through various dance events.
